In May 2002, Compu-CAD Training & Services became a Limited Liability Company. The team of Compu-CAD Training & Services Limited is comprised of individuals with varying levels of expertise in the fields of engineering, land surveying, architecture, computer drafting, rendering and construction development.

With these added expertise, Compu-CAD Training & Services Limited expanded from a provider of just AutoCAD Training to a company capable of providing services which encompasses many related fields. These services include Residential Designs and Alterations, Land Surveying and Mapping Issues.

Residential Designs and Alterations include new development, major or minor additions, renovations (internal & external), electrical, plumbing & mechanical upgrades, site works and project renderings.

Land Surveying and Mapping Issues encompasses topographical, hydrographical and engineering surveys, deed and site plans, boundary stakeouts, construction setout services.
