Troy Lewis, partner, and CEO leads the Residential Architectural Design section, which produces drawings for new construction, renovations and/or additions. Compu-CAD will design, draft and submit your proposed development to the Department of Planning for planning and building permit approvals. Our company offers complete Drafting Services. We will produce accurate, well-organized architectural or engineering drawings for any new construction, renovation, addition or as-build plan, in a timely and professional manner. Changes or updates to existing AutoCAD drawings is also possible by Compu-CAD.
2. LAND SURVEYING SERVICES & MAPPING SOLUTIONS
Our Land Surveying Services include Subdivision and Boundary Adjustment Applications, Deed and Boundary Plans and Boundary Stakeouts, Topographical & Hydrographical Surveying, Engineering Surveying, Setting Out for construction projects and Mapping. Our surveys are produced digitally and accurately, using the latest surveying equipment, CAD techniques and programs. Quinell Francis, partner and a Chartered Land Surveyor registered with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in the United Kingdom and registered on the Bermuda Surveyor’s Registry leads all surveying aspect of the company.
3. PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Our Project Management Services gives you comfort and assurance that the contractor is building in accordance to the approved plans and current building codes of Bermuda. We will inspect and monitor your project from inception to occupancy certification. We will liaise with the contractor and clarify any concerns with the approved set of drawings and/or contract documents.
4. LARGE FORMAT SCANNING/PRINTING AND ARCHIVING
Compu-CAD Training & Services Limited can plot high-quality color and monochrome plots and posters. We can print from a native AutoCAD file or produce high-quality copies from printed drawings. We can also produce images or posters for any presentations that you may require. Our plotter accepts a variety of media including coated paper, glossy photo paper, and vinyl. Scan and archive all your paper drawings or files to a digital media is also available at Compu-CAD.
